To do shoulder press
Lift up standing then seat down
Start with push then pull for workouts
Start with the right hand for wrapping wrist straps
Lay towel on bench vertically
Vary accordingly to reps sets and weight
Use a moisturizer after workouts
Change to workout shorts
Alternate planks with crunches
stay with 5 sets per exercise
5 sets finish out training faster
Eat 2 maca in the morning on tue and thu wed 1
1 before activity
invert dumbell collars to avoid injury
always use whey as a substitute for meals
take ZMA
shift TV cabinet to make space
